My name is Sandra Prather and I am the REALTOR®-Broker-Owner of Skylark Realty. Having my own business assures me that clients will always be treated in the utmost of professional manners and services along with respect for confidentially.

I handle and manage all buying and selling services from beginning to end of the transaction process. You will always be able to communicate and contact with me through the whole process even after the close. I am flexiable and accessible.

I hold a degree from Cabrillo College in Real Estate, GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors® and I am a Notary Public .

I have lived in the Santa Cruz County since 1970 growing up in Del Mar, California and have lived and raised my children in the San Lorenzo Valley since 1983. I have worked as a REALTOR®- Broker for over 12 years.

My children attended school in the San Lorenzo Valley. My oldest child, Jessica graduated from University of California at Monterey Bay, Waylon graduated from San Jose State Univsersity, Harlan attends .California Polytechnic State University and Savanna attends San Lorenzo Valley High School.

I have been on the schools site council, volunteer for 5 years with the Santa Cruz County Junior Gold Association, coached youth sports and sponsoring recreation sports and school teams.
