Ready for a new home down the road? As an experienced real estate professional, I offer personalized services, catering to what is best for the buyer. In addition, I always ensure that my buyers are fully informed so they feel confident with their final decision.
One of the first things buyers need to do is to be pre-qualified or better yet pre-approved for a loan. I will assist buyers in locating a mortgage broker or banking professional who will effectively work with you through the whole loan process, from beginning to end. Also, always inquire with your personal bank about home loans so you can compare the cost and stated interest rate you qualify for.
After consulting with your loan professional you will know what you can afford and be ready to make an offer. Then its time to start looking for that property. Also, when considering the right purchase, is to have an understanding of projected homeownership expenses and miscellaneous taxes to realistically account for what one can actually afford.
Buyers are kept current with all new listings on the market, and I strongly encourage my buyers to view all properties until they find just the right one. For email alert notices for new listings on the market please email me your criteria, ie...price range, area, bedrooms, etc...as always, there is no obligation.
