I personally handle and manage all transactions for the buying and selling process to the very end with the closing of escrow. And, I am always accessible, even after the closing!
I hold a degree from Cabrillo College including the GRI designation from the National Association of Real Estate and I am a Notary. I am licensed in California by the California Department of Real Estate and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, including the local association, Santa Cruz Association of Realtors. Plus, the MLS , the central data base of all the real estate listings.
I grew up in a small town in North San Diego County, Del Mar (...where the turf meets the surf...) and came to Santa Cruz County 40 years ago. I eventually settled in the San Lorenzo Valley to raised my children, who all attended and graduated from the SLV schools. My oldest child, Jessica graduated from University of California at Monterey Bay, Waylon graduated from San Jose State University, Harlan graduated from California Polytechnic State University and Savanna is attending San Jose State.
Besides raising my children, I was always available for was volunteering at the schools, along with serving a time on the Quail Hollow site council including volunteering with the Santa Cruz County Junior Golf Association for 5 years, coached youth sports and sponsored school and recreation sports.
