I provide recent comparable's and take the time to review reports with my sellers to help them determine the best possible listing price. I maintain a flexible schedule to show homes at a convenient time to agents and buyers.

All my properties are marketed with professional photos, virtual tours, ads in newspapers and Real Estate magazines, such as the Santa Cruz Homes and Coastal Homes. I also design full-color flyers, which can be distributed via Email. Properties are also listed on the internet, at easily-accessible web sites for ALL interested buyers to find. I keep all postings up-to-date on the MLS and other high-traffic real estate web sites. And, of course, I personally hold “Open House” and hold Brokers Tours.

Besides setting the listing price the seller’s number one priority is fully disclosing the properties condition. There are many disclosures and statements on what you know about your property. All forms are required to be provided to buyers and completed to the best of the seller’s knowledge and recollection.
